The service

AI CMO reads a website you provide, drafts a business profile and social media posts with AI, and, if you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram account, publishes posts you approve. Drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing them before approving.

Your responsibilities

• Only enter websites and connect Pages and accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
• Follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram and Google when you use them through the service.
• Keep your Google account secure.

Publishing

Approved posts are published to your connected accounts at the time you choose. Published posts are public and may be seen by others. You can disconnect at any time, which stops further publishing.

AI-generated content

Content is generated by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for what you approve and publish, including that it is accurate and lawful.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We may change or stop it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, or for third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram or Google) being unavailable or rejecting a post.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
