AI CMO (“the service”), run by Falkite, helps a business learn about itself from its website, plan social media posts, and publish approved posts to Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo, used only to identify you and keep your account separate from others.
- Your business information: the website address you give us, text and images we read from that website, the business profile we draft from it, and anything you edit or add.
- Photos you upload for use in your posts.
- Posts: the captions, hashtags, images, schedule and publishing status of posts planned in the service.
- Facebook and Instagram connection: if you connect, the Page (and linked Instagram account) you choose, its name and ID, and an access token that lets the service post for you. The token is stored encrypted and is never shown in the browser.
How we use it
- To build your business profile and write post drafts for you to review.
- To publish a post to the Page or Instagram account you connected, only after you approve it.
- To run and secure the service.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Google (sign-in, and the Gemini AI service, which receives your business details and photos to write posts and images).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which receives the posts you publish through the service.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the service’s data.
Facebook and Instagram permissions
We ask Meta for permission to list the Pages you manage, read basic Page and Instagram account details, publish posts to your Page, and publish content to your linked Instagram account. We use these only to show you your Pages and to publish posts you approved. You can remove our access at any time from the service (Disconnect) or from your Facebook settings under “Apps and websites”.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Facebook or ask us to delete your account and data at any time — see Data deletion.
