Data deletion

You can remove your data from AI CMO at any time. There are two levels.
1. Disconnect Facebook and Instagram (instant)
- Sign in, open the account menu, choose Connected accounts, and click Disconnect.
- This deletes the stored Page access token immediately and stops all publishing.
- You can also remove AI CMO in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select AI CMO and choose Remove.
2. Delete your account and all data
To delete everything we hold about you — your profile, business details, uploaded photos, posts and connections — email us from the Google address you signed in with: [email protected]. Put “Delete my data” in the subject line. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your sign-in record (name, email, photo).
- Your business profile, products and uploaded photos.
- All posts and their images.
- Facebook and Instagram connection details and tokens.
Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there. Delete them on those platforms if you want them removed.
